Sports & Active Play · Streatham, Lambeth
A Lambeth ice-and-leisure centre running a broad weekly SEND timetable — inclusive gym, inclusive junior gym, inclusive swim, SEND ice skating and an Active Lambeth Sensory Play session — with a lift, ramp access, accessible changing and accessible parking. (Its pool hoist was reported out of service for maintenance when checked on 2026-09-23.)
WonderTrail Researched
Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre (Active Lambeth) runs a broad weekly SEND timetable across its different facilities: an Inclusive Gym (Monday–Friday, 10am–12pm) and an Inclusive Junior Gym (Monday–Friday, 3:30–4:30pm); an Inclusive Swim in the pool (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 11am–1pm); a SEND Ice skating session on the ice rink (Monday, 10–11am); and an ‘Active Lambeth Sensory Play’ session (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9–10am) — a session, not a permanent sensory room. The centre is adapted for wheelchairs with a lift and ramp access, accessible changing (recorded separately — this is NOT a registered Changing Places), a disabled toilet and accessible parking. IMPORTANT: when checked on 2026-09-23 the centre’s page stated the pool hoist was ‘currently unavailable due to essential maintenance’ — so pool-entry equipment must not be relied on as currently available; re-check. The timetable does NOT publish whether sessions run in school holidays, nor age groups, cost or booking — so we list the sessions on the profile but keep them OUT of the dated What’s On feed until term/holiday operation (and age/cost/booking) are confirmed.

Dedicated sessions, accessible performances and access support — relaxed, sensory-adapted, quiet, autism-friendly, signed/audio-described, or an access service. Not every session at a venue is one of these.
