Any venue can claim and verify their listing for free. Enhanced adds a self-service dashboard to manage it all yourself — update session times and holiday exceptions so your “Venue says” details stay current, and see how many families viewed you and what they searched.
Profile
Add photos, a full description, your visual / social story so families can prepare, and details of your SEND-trained staff. Manage multiple sessions, plus one-off and seasonal events.
Visibility

Is listing really free?
Yes — a basic listing is free and always will be. Families can find you and see your accessibility information at no cost.
Does paying push me higher in the results?
No. Results are ordered by how well you match what a parent is looking for — never by payment. Featured slots are separate and always clearly labelled.
Can I pay to be shown as “SEND-friendly” or recommended?
No. Those notes come only from information we can source — what you tell us (Venue says), what families confirm (Parents confirm), or what we check ourselves (WonderTrail checked). You can’t buy them, and that’s exactly what keeps parents trusting the site.
How do you keep my details accurate?
Every claim is source-labelled and dated, and parents are reminded to check before travelling. Enhanced venues keep their own times current from a dashboard.
How do I get listed or claim my venue?
