What is this place?

Britannia Leisure Centre in Hoxton is run by GLL (the ‘Better’ social enterprise) for Hackney Council. Its indoor soft play runs dedicated SEND Soft Play sessions for children with special educational needs and disabilities — the venue states these are run with ‘reduced capacity and noise’, which is the only confirmed adjustment (music, lighting and a quiet space aren't confirmed). The building is well-served for access — step-free entrance, lifts, accessible toilets on more than one floor, and two Changing Places toilets — but whether a wheelchair user can get onto the soft-play frame itself isn't confirmed (that's separate from getting into the building). The SEND session's exact age range and term-time/holiday consistency aren't published — check with the centre.
